  • Up to 30 Days Before Tour Start Date: If you cancel at least 30 days before the start of the tour, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party processing fees.
  • Between 14 and 29 Days Before Tour Start Date: If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the tour, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less Than 14 Days Before Tour Start Date: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for the tour or experience, no refund will be provided.

3. Changes to Tours by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour, we will offer you a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
